1.-El personal es poco amable, las chavas son mal encaradas y muy secas, te hacen sentir hasta incómoda debido a eso. Creo que deben mejorar ese aspecto, ser más cálidas y amables con la clientela.
2.-El/la propietario/a del negocio debe tener más comunicación con el personal, porque al parecer, no saben bien cuándo ni a qué hora tienen las citas ni tampoco están del todo enteradas de las promociones que publican en sus redes sociales. Fui por un servicio que estaba en promoción y la chica que me atendió, me estaba cobrando otra cantidad y fue precisamente por no saber que habían promocionado ese servicio en otro precio.
Me encantaron mis uñas, pero sí me dejó un sabor amargo en la boca esta experiencia.
The service and prices are good. I just have a few little suggestions:
1.-The staff is not very friendly, the girls are badly faced and very dry, they even make you feel uncomfortable because of that. I think they should improve that aspect, be more warm and friendly with the clientele.
2.-The business owner must have more communication with the staff, because apparently they do not know well when or at what time they have appointments, nor are they fully aware of the promotions they publish on their social networks. I went for a service that was in promotion and the girl who attended me was charging me another amount and it was precisely because she did not know that they had promoted that service at another price.
I loved my nails, but it did leave a bitter taste in my mouth from this experience.
