★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible la atención al cliente, la señora tomó mal mi pedido por lo que tuve que pagar por el error y el pedido correcto. Traté de darle solución y fue muy cerrada y grosera. Al salir hablé con el supuesto encargado que tampoco quiso darme solución porque ya estaba hecho y dijo que "habría que hablar con el gerente" entonces no sé de qué era encargado el señor.
Muy mala experiencia, pero a la vuelta hay otra maderería, para que no tengan que pasar por este tipo de "servicios"
 Terrible customer service, the lady took my order wrong so I had to pay for the error and the correct order. I tried to give it a solution and it was very closed and rude. When I left I talked to the supposed manager who also didn't want to give me a solution because it was already done and said that "we should talk to the manager" so I don't know what the man was in charge of.
Very bad experience, but on the way back there is another lumberyard, so you don't have to go through this kind of "services"

In my experience they are very friendly and know how to advise you well regarding their product, the recommendations they give you are excellent. The ladies at the box are efficient and sometimes they come to say hello.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una maderería. No vengas esperando que te traten como en un café. Aquí hay herramientas de trabajo cosas pesadas. Las personas están atareadas y el trato es normal y directo.

Trae tus medidas o las cosas en donde va a enviar tu madera.
Si vas a requerir envío a domicilio ven y prográmalo.
El material es de muy buena calidad tanto las maderas como los aglomerados.
El precio es bastante razonable.
Si eres principiante ven en la mañana que hay menos trabajo.
It is a lumberyard. Don't come expecting to be treated like a cafe. Here are heavy stuff work tools. People are busy and the treatment is normal and direct.

Bring your measurements or the things where you are going to send your wood.
If you are going to require home delivery, come and schedule it.
The material is of very good quality, both wood and chipboard.
The price is quite reasonable.
If you are a beginner, come in the morning because there is less work.
