Having just made the move to Tulum, we were looking for a grocery store that supported local growers and sustainable food practices. Katie and Mauricio are a wealth of knowledge and can tell you everything you need to know about the makers they work with and the products they carry in store. They've invested years in building relationships with farmers and farms in the Yucatan region. Every time we go to Foodie Market we discover something new, from their amazing pesto, to spirits like Mezcal, to their coffee beans. They host workshops on composting and have educational programs for kids that's in the works, too.
S	Steph Jensen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little shop to fill your foodie hearts desires. Lots of homemade sauces, kombucha, nut butters, etc, plus lots of other gourmet items, cheeses and sandwiches. Also is my go-to shop for grass-fed meats in the freezer section. Love the staff too!

If you're in town, def check it out. Their selections of salads and sandwiches and other food is fantastic. Plus, they do great things for the community too. Try them!

I recommend their yogurts, sauces and high quality organic meats. I'm a weekly regular of this shop. The workers are very nice and the owner cares about his products.

They also give away compost buckets to encourage people to save their produce waste and we drop our bucket off every week to empty it behind their shop! It’s such an amazing service they offer! It’s better for our compost to actually be composted instead of sit in the landfill!

Full of local products x fridges full of all in house made kombuchas, salsas, dips vegan x non vegan options all made and sourced with love and your tastebuds in mind! The real heart of the project is the Commercial composting service Wòolis offers to businesses, and if you live in a household you can drop off your food waste to be composted with them at their farm in the Yucatán!
