today was an unpleasant experience, I went early to the woolworth store to the toy area, there was a young employee hanging hot wheels carts, but she is putting away toys and I don't hang them, there were three "B" boxes from 2022, and what happened to the customers , if they set aside toys for themselves or resell them, there is no point in going to the store to buy if the employees already set aside their merchandise, I HOPE THERE IS SOMEONE WHO TAKES LETTERS IN THE MATTER.

Employees steal or break things and go looking for customers to blame. They try to take their scapegoats to a separate warehouse to search them with the invention that they stole something based on threats, shouts and intimidation. And to charge for things they invent that customers broke when they didn't even touch each other. Maybe they arrive like this at the store or they break them in the warehouse because they are rude and if they don't harass and blame customers, they charge them. Even so, they are not manners and one is not to blame for the unfair policies of the company. If I stop buying there, maybe the company will get its act together and stop promoting abusive practices and such a tense and aggressive environment. In addition, some employees steal things from the lockers and act like the virgin tells them when they are asked. Not worth the "good prices" with mostly low quality products. It's been a while since they stopped offering well-made or resistant products. You pay a lot for disposable things. Worse is finding threats, scares and bad drinks from employees who are not only bitter and exploited like those of other stores (the fault of greedy and heartless owners). The plus is that this store is plagued by criminals. It seems that they are chosen and trained to steal and be social predators.
