Volví al día siguiente a realizar un cambio, porque a mi gato no le quedo el poncho, nos atendió Carolina de Jesus... pésimo servicio, puso trabas desde el primer momento: el poncho tiene pelos (Es una tienda de mascotas, tengo que ponérselo a mi gato para probarlo, lógicamente encontrarás pelos!), "Solamente en casos exclusivos hacemos cambios o pedimos mercancía a otra sucursal" (Gracias por darle la importancia necesaria a cada cliente), "No hacemos cambios en efectivo (Perfecto, lo entendí), te puedes llevar una carnaza a cambió del faltante (No tengo perro, y se lo dije... a lo que ella de mala gana respondió: te puedo dar unas galletas, si quieres.)"
Además de todo lo anterior, me colgó al teléfono diciendo que: "si me esperas? Tengo clientes", entonces me preguntó, yo que soy?!?
Tengan por seguro que JAMAS volvería ir a la tienda, es inaudito que tengan gente tan poco profesional teniendo productos cheveres.
Para terminar, Carolina mantuvo una llamada con su compañera de trabajo mientras nos atendía, diciendo que: "Los clientes están muy molestos porque Alex hizo una venta muy mal..." MENTIRA, estábamos enojados por el pésimo servicio que ella nos brindó.

In addition to all of the above, he hung up on the phone saying: "If you wait for me? I have customers," then he asked me, who am I?!?
Rest assured that I would NEVER go to the store again, it is unheard of that they have such unprofessional people having cool products.
Finally, Carolina kept a call with her coworker while we were attending, saying that: "Customers are very upset because Alex made a very bad sale ..." LIE, we were angry at the lousy service she provided.

Es una lástima el pésimo servicio para hacer pedidos (Whats app).
Vi su stand por el Congreso de Veterinaria de León les mande mensaje el 3 de septiembre y al principio todo muy bien. Entiendo que no pueden contestar a veces de inmediato y soy paciente pero 2 días en tratar de que me tomaran el pedido a demás de que en varias ocasiones me dejaban en visto. La verdad si es molesto, en verdad me gustaban sus diseños pero no para estar "rogando" para que me contesten (y el ultimo mensaje igual, en visto...)
Es una pena porque en verdad quería recomendarlos con mis seguidores de IG y colegas veterinarios ?

I saw your stand at the León Veterinary Congress, I sent you a message on September 3 and everything was fine at first. I understand that sometimes they can not answer immediately and I am patient but 2 days in trying to get my request to be taken from others that on several occasions they left me in sight. The truth is it is annoying, I really liked their designs but not to be "begging" for them to answer me (and the last message the same, in seen ...)
It's a shame because I really wanted to recommend them to my IG followers and fellow veterinarians

Me atendió una persona con cabello teñido de rosa.
Los precios son muy elevados en comparación a otras tiendas de mascotas
