★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que tal, de hecho me trataron muy amablemente en mi primer visita, el problema fue con el producto que al día siguiente de la aplicación mancho la madera y dejó una textura áspera en una pieza de Zapote acabada con lija grano 5000, al ver esto regrese a la sucursal para mostrar lo que había pasado y me comentaron que no se lo explicaban incluso lleve una pieza de madera con las mismas condiciones de la que aplique el producto y ellos mismos vieron el resultado, a lo que me comentó su gerente que trataría de ver si me podían hacer una devolución, el día de hoy me llamó el gerente y me dijo que podía pasar por mi devolución esto a las 13:15 a lo que me apresure para llegar puesto que cierran a las 13:30, cuando me dio a firmar el valende caja para la devolución me cuestionó que por que había hecho un comentario negativo en Internet y de más, a lo que yo le dije y mostré que no hice ningún tipo de comentario más bien una evaluación de mi experiencia con el producto al colocar una estrella, sinceramente me molesto el hecho de que me reclamara el que yo haya hecho uso de mi libre expresión al colocar esa estrella, yo no dudo que los productos sean de muy buena calidad, pero en esta ocasión quizás me toco un lote malo, ya que el modo en que se comporto el producto creo que no es como esta diseñado que de resultados, repito pudo ser un lote malo y fuera del alcance mio o de ustedes como distribuidores, no descartó la opción de usar sus productos en un futuro pero creo que fue incorrecto y fuera de lugar la actitud y modo de su gerente, cualquier duda su gerente tiene mi número celular.
