Tienen muy buen equipo para ejercitarse y el área de los baños está muy limpia. Además los precios son bastante accesibles, lo recomiendo mucho. Me encantó un tipo de escaladoras que tienen, pero ni las caminadoras ni las escaladoras se podían usar en la tarde a gusto porque siempre les da todo el sol a todo lo que da. Sólo se podían usar estos aparatos a gusto en la mañana o ya que empezaba a oscurecer, pero como están a lado de las ventanas y la puerta siempre está abierta completamente, siempre entraba el fuerte aire frío dando en la espalda mientras uno estaba caliente por el ejercicio. Esto me hacía daño. Además, algunos de estos aparatos fallaban mucho o de plano alguno que otro nada más estaba de adorno, desconectado, con botones que no funcionaban o medio mugriento. Me hubiese gustado amabilidad, atención y el apoyo de algún instructor, pero lamentablemente tuve malas experiencias. El primer instructor me hizo sobreentrenar y me causé una contractura en la espalda, además de que me gritó, hablaba vulgarmente y me trató como un tonto. Ya después de que se fue él, los otros instructores y miembros el personal me ignoraba o simplemente me veía como bicho raro. Siempre me sentí menospreciado o como si no fuera bienvenido, pero esperaba que mejorara su actitud. Que mal no fue así. Tengo el comentario de otra persona que igualmente me comentó que que a ella siempre la ignoran los instructores por estar pasada de peso, mientras que a las muchachas lindas o a sus amigos sí les hacían caso. Y por último, la música, aparte de molesta, siempre muy alta y siempre lo mismo. Ojalá cambien. Todos estos problemas y lo que ofrecen no valen 300 pesos al mes.
