Sin duda hay mucha atención y conocimiento por parte del instructor y la maquinaria es de calidad y totalmente funcional. Recomendado, pero ojo, es necesario recordar que una dieta también es importante :)
Excellent place, I am carrying out a weight loss process and this place has been the right one to do it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es muy amable pero no usa cubrebocas, de igual forma los asistentes no están obligados a usarlo y muchos no lo traen. El gimnasio en general cumple si lo que interesa es hacer cardio y pesas pero los aparatos son más viejos de lo que se ven en las fotos y está algo sucio y descuidado.
The staff is very friendly but does not wear masks, in the same way the assistants are not obliged to use it and many do not bring it. The gym generally complies if you are interested in doing cardio and weights but the equipment is older than what you see in the photos and it is somewhat dirty and neglected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small #gym with dedicated instructors and reasonable membership prices. The location is real nice since it's on Himalaya a big avenue with some commercial places and nearby some housing which makes it ideal for anyone who lives close by. The only down side is the size of the gym.
