They make you wait, they get you excited and they are just a filter since the real companies are the ones that hire not them, they don't really know why they exist

They do not follow up on recruitment processes. Surely companies hire them without knowing they have no ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hacen sus entrevistas para ver la reacción del entrevistado, no preparan temas y cometen muchos errores hasta parece que te entrevistan para ver si les contestas o los corriges el contador especializado pregunta por reforma al ISR, en lugar de reforma fiscal por ejemplo (no se reformo el ISR), los test están actualizados pero cuidan mas la imagen que la preparación.
They do their interviews to see the reaction of the interviewee, they do not prepare topics and they make many mistakes until they seem to interview you to see if you answer them or correct them the specialized accountant asks for reform to the ISR, instead of tax reform for example (it is not reformed the ISR), the tests are updated but they take more care of the image than the preparation.
