J	Juan1 Juan1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si vas a este lugar te recomiendo que pidas hablar directamente con el tecnico, los empleados que te reciben en especial una dama te dan un diagnostico sin ni siquiera revisarlo y te dicen. que el telefono esta fallando de otra cosa se atreve ha decir que hasta de la programación es increíble, tu llevas tu equipo a que lo revisen, en resumen me hablaron que mi equipo ya estaba listo reparacion hecha cambio de bateria OJO PIDAN LA BATERIA DAÑADA, que ya lo habian probado, al traer el celular ni una hora y volvio a fallar, ok regreso por la garantía y lo mismo que no es la bateria entonces que es la programación ????? y....que no lo habian probado entonces, resultado otro chequeo y de nuevo que ya estaba funcionando bien que se le habia dado mantenimiento general y bla....bla....bla..., resultado real el mismo menos de dos horas y vuelve a fallar, saben jamas regresare a ese lugar, acudi a otro sitio y rapido cambio de bateria original y listo ese era el problema, asunto arreglado, la que le habian puesto era patito, tomen en cuenta el comentario y pidan sus piezas que les reemplazan. Cabe hacer notar que quien al parecer es el propietario es una persona amable y te atiende muy bien, como recomendacion deberia de poner un buzon de quejas y sugerencias para mejora de su negocio. A	AVILA REYES EDUARDO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando lleve mi celula a reparación les dije que me urgía por ser una herramienta de trabajo, me dijeron que a los 2 días me tenían noticias, cosa que no hicieron hasta que yo los contacte, me tuvieron dando vueltas con que "mañana a tal hora está" y al ir me salian con que no estaba, no tenían ni la educación de minimo avisarme (aún teniendo mis datos para contactarme) que no me diera una vuelta en vano, al final después de 14 días me entregaron mi equipo el cual ahora presenta fallas con la recepción (cosa que funcionaba a la perfección antes de llevarlo) y la batería, que supuestamente estaba dañada y reemplazaron, ahora me dura 6 horas (cosa que también estaba bien antes de llevárselos). No acudo a garantía de su trabajo por lo tardado eh informales que fueron con el servicio que me dieron. Prefiero pagarle a otro tecnico y que repare lo que ellos dañaron a lidiar nuevamente con su informalidad en el trabajo. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, fueron 1200 pesos que francamente me hicieron sentir tiré a la basura. No le pongo 5 estrellas porque me habían dicho que en 3 días máximo estaría listo el celular, pasó una semana para que me dijeran que el celular ya no sirve y que mejor comprara otro.
