★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un taller con muy buen servicio técnico , en la atención a cliente no mucha pero trabajan muy bien y rápido .los costos son muy accesibles . Deberían de ser más explicitos en cómo funciona los servicios .
Deberían trabajar sobre citas de atención y no como llegas , para controlar mejor sus servicios .
En general buen taller .
A workshop with very good technical service, in customer service not much but work very well and fast. The costs are very affordable. They should be more explicit in how the services work.
They should work on appointments and not how you arrive, to better control their services.
In general good workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mi Bajaj Boxer, le hicieron servicio general, le ajustaron muchas cosas por el mismo precio ($500) , me la tuvieron el mismo día , buen trato de los mecánicos, son amables y experimentados. Muy recomendable en precios y servicio. Se puede estacionar la moto, para los coches hay que usar los parquímetros de las calles aledañas. Para servicios recomiendo dejar la moto a las 10:30
I brought my Bajaj Boxer, they did general service, they adjusted many things for the same price ($ 500), they had it on the same day, good treatment from the mechanics, they are kind and experienced. Highly recommended in prices and service. You can park the motorcycle, for the cars you have to use the parking meters of the surrounding streets. For services I recommend leaving the motorcycle at 10:30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, en la primera todo bien, en la segunda no les dio tiempo de lavar mi moto pesar que llegué después de la hora que me dijeron, la tercera fue la peor. Me dijeron a la 1 p. M., llamé y me dijeron que llamara en hora y media, llamé a las 4 y que no, que llamara en una hora, llamé 530 y que me la tenían a las 630, llego 630 y no la tenían lista aún. Que falta de formalidad, la atención por parte del dueño, la recepcionista y todo el personal no es buen, te tratan como si te estuvieran regalando el trabajo. Y para acabarla no aceptan tarjeta, nunca me lo dijeron y tuve que correr a buscar un banco para sacar dinero y llevarme mi moto. No lo recomiendo nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una excelente atención. El trabajo que realizan es bueno y honesto, llevo aproximadamente un año llevando mi moto con ellos y jamás me ha fallado la moto o han querido cobrar de más. Sus tiempos de entrega son cortos y las refacciones son originales, por último si considero sus precios relativamente bajos con respecto a la zona y al trabajo que realizan. 100% recomendable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno porque no se puede cero, en el teléfono que ellos mismos te dan van días que no contestan. Le "hicieron" su primer servicio a mi moto y al día siguiente se apaga sola. Además me pude haber ido sin pagar, tan deplorable es su atención a clientes que les tuve que me cobraran para ya poder irme.
NO RECOMENDADOS
One because you can not zero, on the phone that they give you they do not answer for days. They "did" their first service on my motorcycle and the next day it shuts itself off. Also, I could have left without paying, so deplorable is their customer service that I had to be charged to leave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve mi motoneta para servicio y arreglar frenos, me cobraron 900 y no le hicieron NADAAAA!!! Como la seguía sintiendo mal, la lleve a otro lado y efectivamente, no le habían hecho nada, ya no traía balatas, por eso ya no se ajustaban los frenos, no traía aceite, entre otros detalles. Le pregunté al técnico cuando la recogí que si me podía dar detalles del servicio que le hicieron, me dijo “no se porque no está el dueño”, me dijo que solo le había ajustado los frenos (algo que hasta yo puedo hacer). Pésimo servicio, trato y obvio no le hacen nada!!! Cuidado!!! Chequen sus calificaciones, desafortunadamente yo no me di cuenta a tiempo.
Take my scooter for service and fix brakes, they charged me 900 and they did NOTHING!!! I asked the technician when I picked it up if he could give me details of the service they did, he told me "I don't know why the owner is not there", he told me that he had only adjusted the brakes (something that even I can do). Terrible service, treatment and obviously they do nothing to him !!! Watch out!!! Check your grades, unfortunately I didn't realize it in time.
