★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui 2 veces a preguntar información y a conocer las instalaciones, la primera ves me atendió una señora rubia y se me hizo muy amable y paciente su manera de atender pero la segunda ves que fui junto con mi hermano para que conociera las instalaciones me atendió un señor robusto encargado de la oficina de la planta baja y su atención fue pésima nos enseño las instalaciones de muy mal humor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima administración no ay orden pesas tiradas por todos lados equipo gastado y sin reparar . Además de un grupo de personas que acaparan todos los aparatos y dejan las pesas tiradas ya se a levantado la queja y sólo dicen "ya se habló con ellos y no entienden" .
si buscan gym está no es opción uno viene a relajarse y por el contrario viene a molestarse

Los entrenadores no apoyan, no supervisan y por lo tanto no corrigen tu actividad, lo que conlleva a que puedas sufrir una lesión o un accidente. La seguridad es pésima, abren los casilleros para extraer tus pertenencias. NO existe personal de seguridad en el acceso y tampoco controles mecánicos activos para ingresar al mismo, lo que permite que cualquier persona no autorizada pueda ingresar.

The security is terrible, they open the lockers to extract your belongings. There is NO security personnel in the access and no active mechanical controls to enter it, which allows any unauthorized person to enter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estuve 3 meses aquí. Pésimo servicio para todo, como tienen mi tarjeta se agarran para cobrar todo como quieren. Pido toallas y me las cobran en efectivo y a la tarjeta, me cobran la mensualidad mal, la recepcionista no me da comprobante de cada pago que hago, se ROBA EL DINERO. Además las pesas tiradas por todos lados el coach no siempre está, la gente se queda en las máquinas a usar el celular... Y tratan mal a los empleados de limpieza. Deplorable. Me salgo cuanto antes.

I ask for towels and they charge me in cash and to the card, they charge me the wrong monthly payment, the receptionist does not give me proof of each payment I make, THE MONEY IS STEALED. Besides the weights thrown everywhere the coach is not always there, people stay on the machines to use their cell phones ... And they treat the cleaning employees badly. Deplorable. I get out as soon as possible.
