★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene sus instalaciones muy bien cuidadas, variedad de aparatos para hacer ejercicio, la alberca muy limpia y creo que no es tan caro tomando en cuenta que te incluye absolutamente todo lo que el gimnasio te ofrece. Excepto las clases y entrenamientos personalizados obviamente.
It has very well-kept facilities, a variety of exercise equipment, a very clean pool and I think it is not that expensive considering that it includes absolutely everything that the gym has to offer. Except the classes and personalized trainings obviously.

Cero empáticos, empezando por las señoritas de la entrada que se creen cadeneras de antro con cara de pocos amigos y actitud de servicio mediocre, y continuando con los coaches que ponen jeta si uno les hace una pregunta. Si uno va al gimnasio y busca asesoría en rutinas no es por ser experto, sino precisamente porque estamos aprendiendo pero los entrenadores están enfocados en admirarse en los espejos, platicar con las trabajadoras y ligar a las mujeres que van a lucirse. No queremos niñeras, pero si se ostentan de profesionales deberían comportarse a la altura pues su membresía no es nada barata y no nos están regalando nada. Lo único rescatable es la alberca (que igual cierran cuando quieren) y la amabilidad del personal de limpieza y servicio de la misma.
The facilities are promising, the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Zero empaths, starting with the ladies at the entrance who think of themselves as clubbing with the face of few friends and an attitude of mediocre service, and continuing with the coaches who get angry if you ask them a question. If you go to the gym and seek advice on routines, it is not because you are an expert, but precisely because we are learning but the coaches are focused on admiring themselves in the mirrors, talking with the workers and flirting with the women who are going to show off. We do not want babysitters, but if they are professional they should behave up to the task because their membership is not cheap and they are not giving us anything. The only redeemable thing is the pool (which they close when they want) and the kindness of the cleaning and service staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En lo personal me apasiona correr y me aburre muy rápido solo el "gym" esta opción me encanto por: ubicación, variedad de instalaciones, pista para correr, piscina para nadar, zona crossfit, baños limpios y para mi muy relevante te dan 2 horas de cortesía en estacionamiento, todo por $500 mensuales, nada mal la verdad.
Los horarios son muy amplios de 5 am a 11pm y fines de semana varia un poco, lo recomiendo totalmente.
Personally, I am passionate about running and it bores me very quickly, only the "gym" I loved this option because of: location, variety of facilities, jogging track, swimming pool, crossfit area, clean bathrooms and for me, they give you 2 hours free parking, all for $ 500 a month, not bad at all.
The hours are very wide from 5 am to 11 pm and on weekends it varies a bit, I totally recommend it.
