Deberían tener mejor políticas de garantía, si compran aquí estén seguros porque después ya no hay vuelta atrás. Al final le compré un respaldo de red y un asiento de gel y la verdad quedó comodisima la silla, pero lo de la garantía si está chafa. Les doy 3 estrellas por eso.
Good service, but what a disappointment that there are no changes if you are not satisfied with the purchase. They should have better guarantee policies, if you buy here be sure because afterwards there is no going back. In the end I bought him a mesh backrest and a gel seat and the chair was really comfortable, but the guarantee is flat. I give them 3 stars for that.
