★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa de la Playa is like a home away from home for me. I try to stay here every time I'm in PV (although WIVC also has great properties at Alta Vista and Conchas Chinas). Great helpful staff, unbeatable location, magnificent views of sunsets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is location location location! I'm somewhat biased as I do have a World International Vacation Club membership. However, I've stayed in fancier places that are not as close to all of the action and I prefer this because I can hear the ocean in my room all night long and it puts me to sleep. Also I have stayed in fancier places that have private beaches but this beach they have rocks but is still soft enough to be able to walk right into the ocean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing spot!!! Been coming here since I was 9 and have always loved it. It's close to downtown that you can walk. Grocery story right around the corner. Best tacos less than 400ft. Opens in the evenings . Nice and quiet. Love this place and had amazing memories with my family here.
