★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo este lugar aquí e crecido física, mental y emocionalmente,excelentes instructores,lugar pequeño pero acogedor,uso de regadera, limpieza en las instalaciones,su personal capacitado y amigable.
 I love this place here and grown physically, mentally and emotionally, excellent instructors, small but cozy place, use of shower, cleaning facilities, trained and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen clases a diferentes horarios, desde las 7 al hasta las 8 pm de lunes a viernes y los sábados desde las 8 AM hasta las 12 del día. Muy buenas clases.
They have classes at different times, from 7 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 noon. Very good classes

Does anyone know if they will return? I really liked his classes with Professor Miguel and the facilities they had in Insurgentes.
