Pésima calidad y la dueña no quiso cambiar mi trabajo yo si pague 10 mil pesos confiando en su calidad me dieron una muestra bien y la producción salió fuera de tiempo con pésima calidad . Mi recomendación es evitar lugares como estos donde no hay nada confiable ni garantía . Preferible perder dinero que lidiar con gente que no se hace responsable de sus productos.
Tip para dueña llegué temprano a su negocio el que tiene tienda que la atienda ! Y no se enoje porque para mí no es personal
Terrible service. Terrible quality and the owner did not want to change my work if I paid 10 thousand pesos trusting their quality they gave me a good sample and the production went out of time with terrible quality. My recommendation is to avoid places like these where there is nothing reliable or guarantee. Better to lose money than to deal with people who are not responsible for their products.
Tip for owner I arrived early at your business the one that has a shop that attends it! And do not be angry because it's not personal to me

Le pedi que me ayudara a corregir mi archivo porque en mi PDF se veia bien y al pasarlo a Corel para imprimir salió mal la tipografía. Fui a otro negocio donde amablemente me explicaron que fue por el cambio de PSD a Corel. En World Print les suplique casi que me ayudaran a corregirlo aunque les pagará de más y aún así se negaron a darme el servicio, solo porque le dije que en mi archivo se veia diferente y queria que se viera como en mi archivo. Y entonces me trataron super mal. Lastima porque confiaba en ellos y ahora no volveré jamás. Si así tratan a sus clientes, van a perder muchisimos.
Terrible service. They just treated me badly. I shout the manager. I asked him to help me correct my file because in my PDF it looked good and when I passed it to Corel to print the typography went wrong. I went to another business where they kindly explained that it was because of the change from PSD to Corel. In World Print I almost begged them to help me correct it although it will overpay them and they still refused to give me the service, just because I told them that in my file it looked different and I wanted it to look like in my file. And then they treated me super badly. Too bad because I trusted them and now I will never return. If they treat their customers like that, they will lose a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen todo para trabajar bien; pero no lo hacen, impresiones corridas, material maltratado o golpeado. La “dueña” no tiene la gentileza de responder lo mensajes de whatsapp o los correos, siendo que lo entregué en el formato y medidas correctas y tuvieron casi un mes mi pedido. Cuando regresas para hacer algún comentario sobre la calidad del trabajo te dicen “salida la mercancía no se aceptan reclamaciones” por lo cual les dejé lo que faltaba para revisión y corrección de errores en la impresión y material; pero no hicieron nada en casi 10 días, tuve que ir 6 veces; al final perdieron mis piezas y me dijeron “es que no la hubieras dejado, aquí es taller”.
They have everything to work well; but they do not, impressions run, material battered or beaten. The "owner" does not have the courtesy to respond whatsapp messages or emails, being that I delivered it in the correct format and measures and had almost a month my order. When you return to make a comment about the quality of the work they say "exit the merchandise no claims are accepted" for which I left them what was missing for review and correction of errors in the printing and material; but they did not do anything in almost 10 days, I had to go 6 times; In the end they lost my pieces and they told me "is that you would not have left it, here is a workshop".
