★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly one of the best places I have ever stayed! The rooms are huge, high ceilings, clean, cozy, romantic. Everything was absolutely beautiful. But what made this place so incredible was the staff! Alex at front desk gave the best customer service I've ever experienced! The bar tender was incredible. Cleaning service was incredible. Even maintenance was incredible! First night we had cold water in the shower, next day it was fixed. The private "hot tub" is actually a mini pool. That was the one down side.
I really loved my stay here and couldn't thank the staff enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very small property. It's shared with a private marina. All the units maybe 20 total all face the pool. Very quiet and out of the tourist fray. Kitchen has no oven but does have a cook top and microwave and fridge. Each unit has a futon style bed which our 13 yo slept in quiet comfortably. Water pressure is lacking and dishwasher didn't seem to work very well. We washed by hand instead. Unlike most timeshares there is house keeping but no laundry options Walking distance to a walmart style store. A cab will cost you 5 dollars one way. We were here in April 2021 and felt like we had the place to ourselves. We payed 45 dollars for a one hour massage. Go to the north beach you'll only pay 25-35.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David and Ernesto speak great English. Book tours with them and get golf cart $60 day. Rooms are more studio based and have a hammock out front of most. Pool is beautiful. Marina runs pool and bar area with good drinks. Not sure if massage anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AC works great, pool was quiet and clear, nice view for sunsets, excellent spa with great prices, staff was very helpful and kind (Luiyi sp? Was awesome). The showers had horrible water pressure, there were tiny ants all over including in our room (and they bite), hotel is a long way from the main strip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great room. Ac great. Bed and all amenities great. Up stairs shower hot not proper. Had to use downstairs shower. Staff that most friendly, especially the cafe/ pool waiters. Front gate security very friendly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the place so much. It was really the perfect place in our honeymoon. I would really recommend it. It was so peaceful and very relaxing. Wide pool makes us feel more healthier for swimming, with perfect sunbathing bed chairs. Good choice of food in the pool bar and quiet affordable too. The manager
name "Martha" and "Geiser" the receptionist are both really a good person and very attentive to our needs. We'll come back here next time ?❣️
