★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dicen que facturan te cobran el IVA extra para poderte facturar y no te facturan y ni te regresan lo que pagaste extra, No atienden llamadas, falta de profesionalismo, te dejan tus msj en visto, No te regresan la llamada, ah pero para cuando vas a contratar el servicio toda la amabilidad del mundo, solo para caigas NO LOS RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO SI PUDIERA LES DARIA 0 ESTRELLAS
They say that they bill you, they charge you the extra VAT to be able to bill you and they don't bill you and they don't even return what you paid extra, They don't answer calls, lack of professionalism, they leave you your messages in sight, They don't return your call, ah but when you go to hire the service all the kindness in the world, just to fall I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL IF I COULD GIVE YOU 0 STARS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo totalmente nos procesaron una maleta super pequeña y “nos habian dicho cuando contratamos” claro que no incluso tengo grabaciónes de cuando se contrato por lo mismo era la primera vez que viajamos con esta agencia y esta horrible me cambiaron el apellido y en el aereo puerto tuvimos que cambiarlo realmente si pudiera le daria -10 estrellas busquen una agencia confiable que si les quede bien porque esta agencia realmente te quedan mal, te dicen “yo le dije a el principio” y se excusan con eso por ello en el contrato pone que no puedes demandar a la agencia si no a la aereolinia posiblemente ya los quisieron demandar por tan pesimo servicio nos mandaron voletos un dia antes no contestaban y todavía recalcado los boletos estaban con el apellido cambiado
Totally terrible, they processed a super small suitcase for us and "they had told us when we hired" of course I don't even have recordings of when it was hired for the same reason it was the first time we traveled with this agency and it was horrible they changed my last name and in the air port we really had to change it if I could I would give it -10 stars look for a trustworthy agency that if it suits you because this agency really suits you badly, they tell you "I told you at the beginning" and they excuse themselves with that for it in the contract it says that you can't sue the agency if not the airline possibly they already wanted to sue them for such a terrible service they sent us tickets a day before they didn't answer and I still stressed the tickets were with the last name changed
