★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré recientemente un rompecabezas de la marca con un faltante de dos piezas, muy amablemente me respondieron en las oficinas y me repusieron el rompecabezas completo pero claro cobrándome el envío, pero lo mas triste es que el rompecabezas que me enviaron también le faltaban piezas.
I recently bought a brand puzzle with a missing two pieces, they very kindly answered me in the offices and they replaced the complete puzzle but of course charging me for shipping, but the saddest thing is that the puzzle they sent me was also missing pieces.
