Was told everything is included when I paid but when I arrived they charged me again for 3 nights stay saying it’s a fee everyone pays but we were not told this. One room was not cleaned, we arrived to pubic hair and long hairs in bed sheets and toilet. When they cleaned our rooms we were not given garbage bags, towels, toilet paper or water.

We were supposed to check in from the Thursday but we informed the hotel we couldn’t so we checked made arrangements to check in the Friday. We still had to pay for the Thursday night which we had no problem with because we thought we were going to check in early. We got there around 11 or 12 but we were told we have to wait til 3 to check in. We had our 83 year old grandma sleeping in the lobby to wait for check in time and still checked in 20 mins after the check in time. When we got the rooms three out of the six rooms had stains on the sheets and it seems as if tho they only fixed the covers over the rumpled bed. We informed them about it and they sent the room cleaners to change it. The day we checked out they told us that they are going to charge us for staining the beds luckily we had already reported it and they did not charge us.

Positive: Clean hotel and room. Polite staff. Negative: Breakfast was not included, you had to buy it each morning. For the cost, you'd think it would have been better as it was very basic.

Absolutely horrible service!! Gave us wrong information about our Shuttle Transfer, made us miss our pick up by an hour. Had to pay extra out of pocket to get to the airport. Front desk rep. George laughed at our faces, said he is in charge and good luck trying to talk to management no one is able to help us until 9:00am. OUR FLIGHT WAS AT 6:00AM. Never ever again will be doing any business with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff was pleasant, rooms clean, but the pictures make it look a bit better then what it actually is. Book online for lowest price. Even when we extended our stay they told us to book online for the best value. Decent Mexican breakfast with excellent tender and tasty pork and tasty eggplant.

It’s convenient for a quick one night stop stay that’s cheap. Our first night was good, hotel was kind of loud but not too bad. The way back they put us on the top floor which had a nice view but was insanely hot. They never have the ac on in the room so we had to check in and then leave the room for a couple hours to let it cool down because the ac is super slow and weak. Our first room never cooled down and when I complained they wanted to send a guy to see if it works or repair it, I asked to change the room and they let me change it with no fuss but that room was on the top floor and had the same problem. Also the Ac automatically shuts off after some time so I woke up in the middle of the night because it wasn’t working anymore. Will never stay again as I’m sure there are other hotels in this area and in this price range. I’d say if you want to book you have a 50/50 chance of a good stay.

Decided to stay at this budget hotel as we had plans throughout the day and just needed somewhere to sleep. However the time spent was not very enjoyable. The first room smelled so we asked to change rooms. They changed us without an issue but there is definitely a lot of small issues. No where near as nice as the pictures make it seem. Showers were a bit dirty. Ac worked fine on the 1st and 3rd floor rooms we had. Pool was small but adequate, the jacuzzi was not on the 3 nights we were there. Location is convenient but just based on the quality you may want to try airbnb first for a different budget option.

Upon arrival the lobby roof had two major leaks pouring down onto the lobby floor. The staff in the lobby were not friendly or hospitable during our check in process. We had arrived a day late to check in due to travel issues and as we tried to check in the receptionist proceeded to tell us they canceled our reservation because we did not check in the day before. They did not email, call or text to alert us our reservation was canceled nor did they offer any sort of refund or reimbursement. We had to rebook and pay a small fee for rebooking though we did not authorize a cancellation of our booking. Upon entering our room we experienced a masked stench of cigarette smoke, we confirmed with the reception that we were in a non smoking room however the stench still lingers and is present whenever you enter the room. Also in the room there are two large wet spots with mold on the ceiling. My wife is pregnant and between the cigarette smell and mold ceilings we do not feel comfortable in our room. Lastly, there are few supplies such as small face towels and larger towels. We had one small face towel however it was stained/dirty with brown marks and so was unusable. The breakfast buffet was sub par with a small selection of hot food, cereal, and breads. The staff at breakfast were much more hospitable than our encounters with any other staff in the hotel. For the amount of money charged per night at this hotel we expected higher end amenities, more hospitable staff, and a cleaner and more sanitary stay. For the price of this hotel I would recommend booking elsewhere as it is not worth the amount of money charged from our experience.
