★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was friendly but first floor rooms cannot have fresh air because the windows cannot be opened. The breakfast selection is poor and it is a bit farther from the centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a nail on the floor coming through that hurt my mother's foot I told him twice they didn't do anything.
Serious no restaurant and the food for the breakfast doesn't change much other than that there's not much to do I guess it works only for business people that are there only in the evening.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation for my family while they were visiting Mexico and on the email it stated that they would have until 3 am to check in. They were at a wedding in another town and could not check in until later because of the distance. Since it was already midnight and they knew they were an hour away they called the hotel numerous times because Wyndham states that you can make special arrangements with the hotel directly if you plan to check in late. No one ever answered! No big deal they will be there before 3am.
They ended up getting a flat tire and it took forever to get help to fix it. Again, visiting from another Country. No one ever answered the front desk again. I called Wyndham directly and they tried calling…no one answered. My family gets there at 3:10am and are turned away and refused! Again, reservations already made for 2 rooms. They have been through a lot and stuck. The reservation department said they could not help me but to call in the morning and speak to Wyndham customer service directly. Ok, but what about my family? Luckily they found a nearby random hotel and just checked in. They have an elderly lady with them with health issues and had to deal with someone that first off never even answered at the front desk at all from 12am-3am. Not even when Wyndham reservations called. I’m sure this place is nice but I’m just annoyed because I’ve been to enough hotels all over the place to know that accommodations can be made. I’m just going to stick to Hiltons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is ok, but we got a room without openable windows and no place to hang the wet things from the beach which is really needed in a hotel near to the beach. Had to change our room after a few days, because we have been used to natural air. Got later a better room with balcony, but still no way to let the wet bathing suits dry after a beachday. The beds are really confortable and big. All in all a good place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Maids and staff ok!, but the linens were outdated, bathroom curtains ripped toilet needs maintenance. Breakfast everything was a mess. Eggs cold, Coffee cold.The whole breakfast was not appealing. I stayed before about 3 times. Oh?. Maids uniforms spot Negative: Poor Management. It¿s a shame to let this property goes to waste. I would not state at Hotel again. I am very sorry giving my honest opinion . Sorry but like they say in Mx (la pura neta). I girlfriend refused to stay , so she stay with friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Absolutely nothing! Negative: Staff was very rude! Didn¿t care that we needed a ride to another hotel. Refused to call another taxi service. No fridge in rooms. No snacks in the hotel. Horrible Breakfast. I wouldn¿t send my worst enemy here. We were treated like garbage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Smells like mold. Humidity is horrible and it seriously smells. Pretty sure it's unhealthy.
2. Staff is very unfriendly. They only give you 2 bottles of water a day, they make you pay for for everything else.
3. Only serves breakfast which is not very good, but decent enough.
4. Windows don't open so only way to get air in is with air conditioning. Sometimes we couldn't breath well because of the smell in the room.
5. Room is pretty basic but space wise it's decent. Has USB chargers. No fridge.
6. They clean daily but pretty basic. Curtains and pillow cases were full of stains.
