Hotel con buena atención, buen servicio, habitación limpia y bien iluminada. Bastante confortable.

Buen hotel y excelentes instalaciones, el personal es muy eficiente y amable. Me encantó

Pésima experiencia. Reserve con una tarifa en Expedia. No encontraban la reserva y cuando la encontraron era diferente a lo mostrado en la app. Me asignaron habitación y a los 10 minutos entraron personas porque la asignaron de nuevo. Me cambiaron a una habitación de categoría inferior porque las otras personas reservaron en el hotel con tarifa más alta. Las alfombras sucias. Mis hijos al caminar en ella terminaron con los pies sucios en menos de 5 minutos. El servicio a habitación terrible: 45 minutos para un par de croissants y aparte de todo la comida llegó fría. En la entrada de la habitación el bisel de la alfombra con bordes y tornillos que lastiman los pies. El clima no enfriaba. Sin código QR para el menú del restaurante. Sin listado de extensiones. La plancha pésima, no siquiera de vapor. En resumen, terrible y no veo la hora de salir de aquí a otro hotel.

Hotel prácticamente nuevo, alberca climatizada con horario de 7am a 10pm. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de plazas comerciales y lugares para comer. La pasamos increíble.

Atractivo turistico del momento en Puebla. Opera de martes a domingo de 10 am y 5:40 pm, solo mayores de edad y adolescentes, firmando su respectiva responsiva. El costo es de $150 a público en general y $125 si eres huesped del hotel Wyndham o La Quinta. Te proporcionan unos "tines" para poder cruzar el puente, pues no se puede ingresar con ningún tipo de calzado. La vista es espectacular!!!

Me gusto el hotel, es nuevo le faltan muchas cosas. Pero es muy amplio. La alberca no está en función. El desyauno que incluye es muy básico. Pero el hotel lindo.

Es un hotel muy reciente, abrieron hace poco más de un mes, luce bien, el estacionamiento es cómodo, las habitaciones son amplias pero aún lucen incompletas, por ejemplo, no hay espejos más allá que el del baño, la TV no funcionaba al 100, el WiFi estaba muy inestable, la alberca tiene mucho potencial, es techada y bonita, falta que la climaticen. El gimnasio lucía muy mal equipado en el momento que le visité. Para su tarifa normal, creo que hay mejores opciones. Vale la pena la tarifa de descuento, no más de 1200.

Upon arriving we were a bit confused because you arrive on the very low level which is PB and then we have to take the elevator up to lobby to check in. Our bellman was the sweetest one of all he helped take our luggage and brought them down. He is very kind and helpful and also speaks English which was a tremendous bonus. I’m so glad I did not have to work until after I left the hotel because the Wi-Fi is tremendously unstable and even while watching TV there’s a lot of lag and buffering The receptionist I’m sure it’s just paid to stand there or sit there all day because she is not very helpful. They advertise the pool and gym except for the pool is not operational although it’s turned on and working but apparently they have to fix the heating which they should just takeoff the website until it’s actually ready to be used. After also being told we cannot have any deliveries made to the room we have to actually go all the way down and pick it up I’ve never been told this and out of all of our hotel stays typically you can leave food with the receptionist at the lobby and they typically will call you to let you know it’s here or they’ll send someone up but at the Wyndham you just have to be on alert and not be doing anything else and go get your own food or anything else you’re having delivered. The best part of this experience was our suite which we had an amazing view and the bathroom and the room was incredible. Outside of the room and the bellman I would’ve given a 1 star review.
