Wyny sent me a sample of a side and I ordered 5,000+ sq feet of the leather based off of the sample. When the leather arrived weeks later, it was not the same type of leather. The new leather was bleeding dye and was worthless. Ulises never took responsibility for screwing up the order, he just kept telling me to buy different sealants to prevent the bleeding. Nothing would stop this leather from bleeding dye. I demanded a full refund and shipped the leather back to Mexico. I asked Ulises every week for over 6 weeks when I would get a refund and every week he told me "next week". He was full of excuses. Eventually, he sent me a partial refund. I immediately questioned him regarding the amount and he said he again made a mistake and would wire me the balance of the refund. It is now weeks later and I still have not received the balance of the refund. Not only did this company over promise and under deliver, they sent me unusable leather and never refunded me the money they owe me. If you read this, you should absolutely avoid doing business with Wyny, they will take your money and send you junk leather and will blatantly lie to you.
