Organiza conferencias con destacados maestros y académicos, exposiciones, cursos, becas, viajes culturales y gestiones culturales; además cuenta con la editorial: Xalapa Antiguo ediciones. La agrupación tiene presencia en redes sociales, prensa, radio y televisión; además de tener un activismo permanente en la salvaguarda del Patrimonio Cultural, tangible e intangible.
Ha recorrido 14 estados de la República: Guanajuato, Querétaro, Oaxaca, Hidalgo, Tlaxcala, Puebla, Estado de México, Morelos, Michoacan, Guerrero, Ciudad de México, Veracruz, San Luis Potosí y Zacatecas, impartiendo conferencias in situ, siempre con destacados cronistas, quienes han compartido sus conocimientos. La historia, el arte, la arquitectura, la gastronomía y la artesanía y las tradiciones de México siempre han estado presente en los recorridos históricos.
 The Xalapa Antiguo group was born in 2013, in order to promote, spread and rescue our cultural values. It organizes conferences with outstanding teachers and academics, exhibitions, courses, scholarships, cultural trips and cultural activities; It also has the publisher: Xalapa Antiguo ediciones.
