★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo los productos, pero tuve una muy mala experiencia en la compra en linea. Realicé una compra, mi pago pasó y al día siguiente me cancelaron la compra sin dar explicaciones. Fue hasta después que supe que se equivocaron de precio, y me mandaron la liga para que los volviera a comprar, y obvio estaban un 30% más caro. Francamente, si el error estuvo en ustedes, lo manejaron pésimo. Lástima de servicio, porque el producto es bueno.
 I love the products, but I had a very bad experience shopping online. I made a purchase, my payment went through and the next day they canceled the purchase without explanation. It wasn't until later that I found out that they got the wrong price, and they sent me the league to buy them again, and obviously they were 30% more expensive. Frankly, if the mistake was in you, you handled it lousy. Pity of service, because the product is good.

Si siguen la página sabrán que suben mil historias en su IG, les sugerí que no postearon tanto porque parece spam y vean lo que me pusieron.

If you follow the page you will know that a thousand stories are uploaded in your GI, I suggested that you did not post so much because it looks like spam and see what they put me.

Lamento mucho decir que me ha decepcionado bastante.
Compre el "ritual" para piel con tendencies acnéica, el de árbol de té y mi piel empeoro en tan solo unos días.
Desde que recibe el producto, este llego con un defecto, el tóxicos facial no venía bien sellado y se derramó dentro de la caja y el atomizador no funciona bien.
Les informe de este percance y aunque dijeron que me iban a mandar una "bomba nueva" (no se su esto se refiera a que me repondrían el producto defectuoso o no) pero eso nunca sucedió.
Seguí las instrucciones del ritual al pie de la letra y a una semana de haber suado sus productos mi piel se ha lastimado bastante. Sobre todo al aplicarle el árbol de té en cada granito como ustedes recomiendan, me irritó tanto la piel qué parece una quemadura.
Estaba super emocionada con estos productos por su excelente publicidad y sus reseñas, pero mi experiencia ha sido francamente mala. :(
It is my first and probably my last time buying this brand.
I am very sorry to say that I was quite disappointed.
I bought the "ritual" for acne-prone skin, the tea tree one, and my skin got worse in just a few days.
Since receiving the product, it arrived with a defect, the facial toxin did not come well sealed and spilled inside the box and the atomizer does not work well.
I informed them of this mishap and although they said they were going to send me a "new pump" (I don't know if this refers to the fact that they would replace the defective product or not) but that never happened.
I followed the instructions of the ritual to the letter and a week after using your products my skin has been damaged a lot. Especially when applying the tea tree on each pimple as you recommend, it irritated my skin so much that it looks like a burn.
I was super excited about these products because of their great publicity and reviews, but my experience has been downright bad. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente necesitan de alguien que les enseñe que es atención al cliente. Y aunque hablen que están abiertos sábados, no están y te tratan así como si nada; como si ok que perdiste tu tiempo en tu sábado para dar con la cara en su puerta.
They really need someone to teach them what customer service is. And although they say that they are open on Saturdays, they are not and they treat you as if nothing had happened; as if ok that you wasted your time on your saturday to find your face at his door.
