Controls break down at 6 months. From the headphone jack
I have 3 purchases. This since it arrived the headphone input does not work. I cannot make the warranty claim. There is a chat on your page that doesn't solve anything.
NOBODY IS SERVING YOU. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t give it less than one star unfortunately. Xbox is the largest waste of money. Most expensive useless piece of technology in my house. You buy the console, you buy the games, you but accessories, you buy a tv and you even pay for WiFi to use it. Then on top of that you have to pay additional money on to of all that for Xbox live to even really use a lot of the games. When you can just buy PlayStation and spend less on all of it and have amazing graphics and technology. And not have to pay to use it. I would never recommend this device save your money it has nothing different than PlayStation you’re not getting anything better. Plus I’ve never run out of storage on my PlayStation and have to delete games on and off constantly as well as downloading the game to the system as well as still requiring the disk. You cannot just insert the disk and play.
