Very pretty hotel with only a few spacious rooms. Cool location in the middle of the Jungle. Staff could be a bit more knowledgeable about diving spots etc.

Wow, what a luxurious Boutique Hotel. And if you're looking for peace, tranquility and harmony you're at the right place. Situated at a dead end and away from it all is where Xcacel Dreams is located. The hotel itself is designed and built by someone who has taste and vision. The rooms are well appointed, the pool area is magnificent and the food at the restaurant is delicious. If you looking to get away from the hustle you are at the right place. Highly recommended.

We had a very good stay in this nice little oasis in the middle of the jungle, but yet not far from the beach :) The staff is very helpful and friendly and the rooms are perfect. It's a small hotel (6 rooms ?), so we had the whole place for us and it felt really good. If you're looking for peace and confort in this area, then this is the place.

Great place to escape the chaos of Tulum! It's in the middle of forest and there are several cenotes close by. The rooms are specious, clean, and comfortable. I recommend to arrive by car because the town is about 25 min walking distance and on the way there is nothing else but 2 other hotels- there are no bikes to rent or anything like that. The closest beach is about 35-40 min walking distance, they charge $50 for nationals and $100 for foreigner.

The booking of this hotel was an exhausting experience with an happy end: In the morning we booked one night at this hotel for the same night. After receiving the confirmation of the check-in time we started our day trip assuming that everything was in order. However, they tried to reach us in the afternoon to inform us that they cannot host us due to overbooking. Since we don't have a local sim card we did not receive their calls and messages. Hence, we made our way from Cozumel to the hotel. When we arrived we learned that there was no room available and that we can cancel the booking for free. The bad review comes from the impoliteness within this situation. At first they tried to avoid that we enter the hotel and the only thing they offered was to drive us to another hotel which we should fully pay (during holiday season there were no affordable hotels available). During the call they tried to blame us since we were not reachable during the day. As we didn't agree to this we turned ourself to booking.com which ensured us that the hotel or booking will ensure that we will get a similar accomodation for a similar price. After booking talked to the hotel manager, they started to find a solution - the Glamping Ku Kuk nearby had a nice tent available. However, at first they wanted us to pay the surcharge. After another exhausting discussion, Ku Kuk Glamping agreed to offer the same price and Dreams Lodges brought us to our new accomodation. All this took around 1,5h of our anniversary after an exhausting 3h trip Finally we received two drinks for free at the Dreams bar. Nevertheless, we decided to give the hotel two stars: The first for the amazing bar tender Jesús - he was the only staff member who treated us nice and politely from the beginning - and the second one for the delicious food.

Excellent beginning to a beautiful trip. Stayed here for 3 nights at the very beginning of vacation and it was the perfect disconnect. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped and beautiful, the property is magical, the staff friendly and the on-site restaurant/bar super yummy. A bit off the beaten path, but you will still find nice cenotes around and a small authentic village nearby worth having a little walk in. Highly recommended, best to have a car.

Best place to Stay! They offered Superman service and hotel was amazing it had a wonderful terrace and best view admit the jungle. The room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was lovely. Special thanks to Jesus, he is a wonderful and great person, for he does make you very comfortable. The in house chef is the sweetest and can customize and cook anything you ask for and food is yummm. Super friendly and helpful staff and they helped me plan a surprise for my husband birthday with the most beautiful decoration and arranged a cake for me. The room’s view is fantastic with a beautiful pool, the room comes with a balcony and everyday room service done was super clean. The toilet is huge and hot/ cold water works perfectly.The manager and staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that we had an amazing trip.
