Great service beautiful people. Food good too?

Please, recommendations....should I purchase Xcaret tickets on line or at resort, we will be going next week

People are really friendly and helpful whenever you have a question. Food is really good and many things to do.

I just got back to the states today after 6 days in Cancun for the second time I visited Xcaret, Xplor, XelHa, and Xenses the whole trip was incredible and worth it all! Jose Angel is an employee here at the Xcaret base and helped us reschedule our visit to Xenses after we had missed it. He was an awesome person with the help he provided to us. I highly recommend visiting all the parks but my recommendation is if something similar happens (you never know if it’ll happen) ALWAYS book DIRECTLY through Xcaret.com this is where you will find the best deals and guarantee that they can help you, once you go through a third party it is more difficult. To all the employees of Xcaret and other parks thanks for all you do! :)

Beautiful park, with something to do for everyone. It is pricey, but the experience that we had there was incredible and almost made the outrageous pricing worth it. Employees were friendly and well trained and the park was easy to find our way around. Bring water shoes to have a more enjoyable experience. We booked our package with hotel pickup and the shuttle was on time, clean and comfortable. We also had the lunch buffet included and there was a great variety of food, which was also delicious. The bathrooms were kept very clean and placed throughout the park, which was impressive. I would definitely recommend this park and the the company for that matter in booking your excursions.

I spent $1500 USD on visiting various parks over several days, yet they wouldn’t even let me use their bathroom, shame on you

When initially buying our tickets, we were very falsely informed. This place just cares about stealing your money. Huge scam. Closed the jaguar butterfly area earlier than the time. We were there on time and they didn't let us in. No one told us when anything closes. Or how-to transport our things. Huge lack of communication, I must complain to BBB. I called customer service and she cut the phone on me and said I need to email them, I can't even talk to a manager right away. I have a huge social media blog, I will post this everywhere. This is so humiliating and embarrassing and barely anyone could speak English to guide us. Google says you're open until 1030 which is a complete lie. Thank you for ruining our honeymoon. The guy on the phone who we bought our tickets from told us unlimited food and ALCOHOLIC beverages, we were mislead and lied to so many times I'm disgusted. We wanted to finish everything and I called to ask to do that and I had no help. I will make sure everyone hears about this. U pay the same price for pictures whether there's 9 or 100, that's such a rip off. All the drinks including pop and juice are watered down. No alcoholic drinks except for a nasty beer is included in your ticket. Each ride takes forever to finish so you don't get to see even half the park.
