F	Francisco Torres on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnifico lugar, el servicio exelente y muy professional, Teniamos un servicio de TEMAZCAL pero por razones ajenas se cancelo pero nos ofrecieron IDROTERAPIA. Esto competamente gratis. Lo recomiendo mucho. Magnificent place, excellent and very professional service, We had a TEMAZCAL service but for reasons beyond our control it was canceled but they offered us IDROTHERAPY. This is completely free. I highly recommend it.

M	Mariana Hernandez Jimenez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, de guía pidan que los atienda Gerry súper amable , el masaje con piedras calientes es buenísimo pidan el de 80 min, es importante llegar 1:30 hrs antes para hacer el circuito de hidromasaje que está incluido en los masajes son 7 experiencias de 10 min aproximadamente. Ojo no realizar la cita muy tarde ya que termina el servicio . No hagan la plática para regalo de masaje pierden todo el día no es una hora no se dejen engañar. Excellent service, as a guide, ask Gerry to attend you, super friendly, the hot stone massage is great, ask for the 80-minute one, it is important to arrive 1:30 hrs before to do the hydromassage circuit that is included in the massages, there are 7 experiences of 10 minutes approximately. Be careful not to make the appointment too late as the service ends. Do not make the talk for a massage gift, they lose the whole day, it is not an hour, do not be fooled.

Get a massage in a literal cave, eat free healthy snacks, sip on some warm herbal tea, hop in the steam room or sauna, and dip into the river or one of the temperature controlled pools for total relaxation. Staff are perfectly attentive and are extremely helpful. This is the most beautiful spa I've ever been to- with cascading vines over every window, you feel like you're in the middle of the jungle while being pampered to seemingly no end. Service here, as well as at the rest of the Hotel is wonderful and unprecedented.
B	Brittany Spriggs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This spa is awesome! A perfect way to relax after adventures and days at the park. The setup is a perfect oasis. Relaxing, circuit rotation of water based therapies are available before your massage. Have some tea and just Zone out!

They us to arrive 30 minutes early to use the hydrotherapy but failed to mention that we cant use ANY of them except a shower w/o a swimsuit. So we got there and just sat around for the time. The therapist was harsh on my face and kept on scrubbing against my beard which burned. Afterwards when asked how the service i stated my face felt burned and the staff retorted that I should have stated i had sensitive skin. Fortunately I had some of my own face cream I used to calm my skin.
