★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un espacio para ejercitar todooooo tu cuerpo .. es entrenamiento funcional.. y la verdad apenas llevo una semana pero el couch es muy bueno tiene miles de premios de carreras increíbles que a cualquier persona le gustaría participar y el además las ha ganado.. además siempre está al pendiente de ti y te ayuda a qué tus ejercicios los hagas correctamente y con una buena postura..
Los precios son muy accesibles y lo recomiendo muchísimo..
