La instalación estuvo dentro del tiempo estimado que nos dijeron desde un principio, aunque se agradecería que fuera menor. En general, fue un excelente servicio! Me realizaron un servicio y se les hizo fácil cortar una trabe porque la puerta que traían para instalar era más alta que el espacio que había, así que dañaron la estructura de la vivienda del primer nivel; esto sucedió desde octubre, estamos en enero y no pueden venir a reinstalar la puerta para que podamos darle solución al refuerzo estructural. No contestan el teléfono, levantan el reporte como "puerta descuadrada" cuando es evidente que no es ese el problema y no traen el equipo adecuado para la reinstalación cuando vinieron, posteriormente nos "agendan" muy seguros y no vienen, haciéndonos perder más tiempo y dinero, por supuesto que tampoco se hacen responsables del costo por todo el arreglo del refuerzo estructural que requiere (material ni mano de obra). NO SOLICITEN ESTE SERVICIO. Company with terrible service.
