Compré mi puerta hace 4 meses y han tenido que venir en 5 ocasiones a reparar fallas.
Al instalar la puerta la dejaron "colgando". La reporte y vinieron a reparar la "mala instalación inicial" y fue peor!! Cómo no podían ajustar la puerta, optaron por agregar dos contrachapas para que hicieran presión y la puerta dejara de hacer ruido.
Junto con la puerta, compré una chapa de seguridad digital. Al mes, al intentar abrir la puerta, simplemente la chapa no funcionaba. Tuve que romper una ventana para poder salir de mi casa. Lo reporte y al cambiarla, se percatan que la chapa falló por una MALA INSTALACIÓN de su personal!!
Al instalar la chapa nueva, resulta que no cerraba por el MAL TRABAJO inicial que hicieron (poner dos contrachapas). Incluso dañaron el fijo de la puerta, por lo que solicité que lo cambiarán.
Ahora tengo una puerta de dos tonos!! En vano los casi $20 mil pesos que pagué por ella.
Reporte todo esto a la empresa y su solución es borrar todos mis comentarios en Facebook así como proceder a bloquearme de su página.
Conclusión: CERO RECOMENDADAS!!
Nice doors, AWFUL SERVICE.
I bought my door 4 months ago and they have had to come in 5 times to repair faults.
When they installed the door they left it "hanging." The report and they came to repair the "initial bad installation" and it was worse !! Since they could not adjust the door, they opted to add two plywood so that they would press down and the door would stop making noise.
Along with the door, I bought a digital security plate. After a month, when trying to open the door, the sheet simply did not work. I had to break a window to get out of my house. I report it and when changing it, they realize that the sheet failed due to a BAD INSTALLATION of their staff !!
When installing the new sheet, it turns out that it did not close due to the initial BAD WORK they did (put two plywood). They even damaged the door fixture, so I requested to have it replaced.
Now I have a two-tone door !! In vain the almost $ 20 thousand pesos that I paid for her.
Report all this to the company and their solution is to delete all my comments on Facebook as well as proceed to block me from their page.
Conclusion: ZERO RECOMMENDED !!
