Literal… una pesadilla.
El producto es bueno, la atención después es pésimo.
Son chambones, no tiene experiencia en albañilería, solo rellenan huecos.
Piensen mal las puertas y no se quieren hacer responsables, aún cuando tienen garantía las puertas y la colocación.
Te quieren cansar para que no sigas y dejes el trabajo como lo hicieron.
No les importa perder un cliente que compro más de 3 puertas, ni modo!!!
Terrible service.
Literally... a nightmare.
The product is good, the attention afterwards is lousy.
They are bunglers, they have no experience in masonry, they just fill in gaps.
They think the doors wrong and do not want to be held responsible, even when the doors and the placement have a guarantee.
They want to tire you out so you don't go on and leave the job like they did.
They don't mind losing a customer who bought more than 3 doors, no way!!!
