★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi puerta llegó golpeada y la chapa quebrada, después de más de un mes de llamadas me comunicaron con el Gerente el cual quedó en reembolsarme aproximadamente el 20% del valor de la puerta para que la mandara a arreglar ya que vivo en una zona retirada y es muy costoso enviar la puerta de nuevo a la empresa. Me reenviaron un repuesto para la chapa de aluminio y después de 3 meses he recibido el reembolso. Si viven en una ciudad donde no se encuentre una sucursal de la empresa recomiendo que revisen muy bien las puertas cuando se las entrega paquetería aunque aparentemente estén muy bien protegidas y envueltas, de igual manera no hagan preparación alguna para la puerta antes de recibirla en buen estado.
