★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sugerencia, considero que podrían mejorar en la puntualidad, ya que los trabajos toman muchas horas y como cliente, me gusta que me dediquen tiempo de calidad, hacer pruebas para quedar conforme, y cuando va llegando la gente, sentí que la señorita se debía apurar para atender a la siguiente persona.
Quedé insatisfecha en la forma y en el diseño de las uñas, ya que, quedaron chuequitas e irregulares y nada parecidas a la referencia.
Así mismo, podrían mejorar en el asesoramiento hacia el cliente, si les preguntamos acerca de la técnica, es porque no sabemos y nos encomendamos en las expertas que son ustedes, por ejemplo, si no les digo que debía tener una base, se siguen pintando todas las uñas incorrectamente, por lo que, les corresponde más preparación o capacitación en los diseños que están en tendencia.
Lo que sí me gustó es la amabilidad de las chicas, pero ya no regresaría a realizarme otro servicio.
As a suggestion, I consider that they could improve punctuality, since the work takes many hours and as a client, I like that they dedicate quality time to me, do tests to be satisfied, and when people arrive, I felt that the lady should rush to attend to the next person.
I was dissatisfied with the shape and design of the nails, since they were crooked and irregular and nothing like the reference.
Likewise, they could improve in advising the client, if we ask them about the technique, it is because we do not know and we entrust ourselves to the experts that you are, for example, if I do not tell them that it should have a base, they continue painting all the nails incorrectly, therefore, more preparation or training in the designs that are in trend corresponds to them.
What I did like is the kindness of the girls, but I would not return to perform another service.
