★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was clear with the lady booking that it would be 5 of us heading to the hotel and 6 of us returning. She wrote on the paper 5 going 6 returning. The driver tried to say we had to pay him for the extra person. We also told them that it was two different terminals when returning because she asked US what terminals. After dropping 3 of our friends to a terminal he said he will not drop us to the final terminal without 10 usd. Unprofessional liars and scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the first impression you want for Mexico. Extremely overpriced and will leave you feeling scammed starting out your vacation. They have a monopoly on the taxis and you’re probably only ever riding with them because you had no other choice. PREBOOK!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap or expensive? I don't know prices of trips in Cancun. One thing is for sure this company is puntual, very professional, and above all what they charge is what they charge. No surprises, no hidden fees.
I'll definitely hire them again in future trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are the taxi people at the Cancun Airport. They are scammers and liars. They charged me $1,100 pesos which on my credit card it was $65 US dollars for a 15 min ride to my hotel. Even the exchange rate they robbed be which I still can’t figure out how. Then they told me the return trip was included, that I just need to confirm the time. I’ve called them 20 times, emailed them, and left messages and no one will answer or return my call. TAXI SCAM! Stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The problem is when they sell you a ride to your destination they tell you they will also come and pick you up on the day of departure. But then they won’t. They say it’s your problem. If they say they can guarantee your ride, they can’t. Do not listen to them. This company is not organized, not professional and does not issue refunds for false promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prepaid for an airport transfer and they never showed up. I called them 8 times as well as the concierge at my hotel and they never picked up. Will never use their service again and I advise you to do the same
