★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me vendieron una impresora/copiadora lasser remanufacturada pero desde el principio tuvo fallas de impresión y para solucionarlas solo me pedían cambiar piezas con altos costos, sus técnicos no saben repararlas, solo son cambia piezas y las refacciones son muy caras, en otras palabras solo buscan venderte, solo quieren tu dinero, apenas hace un año que se adquirió el equipo, y estamos conscientes que no es un equipo nuevo pero si me prometieron que los consumibles (toner y tambores) que nos vendieron estaban seminuevos lo cual era una mentira ya que se acabaron con un consumo mínimo lo cual se puede demostrar con el contador de impresiones que tiene la maquina, el problema principal es que no me permiten hablar con el gerente general para llegar a un acuerdo con el responsable de la empresa, en otras palabras hablar con quien toma las decisiones y solucionar esto de manera profesional y no tener que recurrir a este medio
