Jamás contestan los teléfonos y si quieres comprar una impresora te ponen peros para todo, si logras brincar tantas trabas, tendrás que enfrentarte a los cobros que te hacen hasta por respirar. Te cobran por todo. Mejor compré máquinas de alta gama con Ricoh, 100 por ciento recomendables, más baratas, muy buena calidad y me la pusieron en mi local sin tanto problema.

They never answer the phones and if you want to buy a printer they give you buts for everything, if you manage to jump so many obstacles, you will have to face the charges that they make you even for breathing. They charge you for everything. Better I bought high-end machines with Ricoh, 100 percent recommended, cheaper, very good quality and they put it in my store without much problem.
