Después de instalarlo, tenía menos de 2/3 de velocidad y señal. NO COMPRAN LOS ROUTERS. Cuando quise devolverlo, no hicieron devolución solamente ofrecieron cambio por producto de mayor precio. Cuidado! Generally, I like Xaiomi's products, but I bought a router that they told me expands the internet signal. After installing it, it had less than 2/3 speed and signal. DO NOT BUY THE ROUTERS. When I wanted to return it, they did not make a return, they only offered an exchange for a higher-priced product. Watch out!

Estoy encantada con mi cel, además de que tiene una cámara muy padre para hacer extra zoom y tomar fotografías 3D y hasta más. La batería dura todo el día y no tienen lag los juegos de la Playstore? L	Luis Angel Hernández Cruz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, compré una bocina y tuve que regresarlo porque lo cumplía las especificaciones que decía, luego regresé y me dijeron que no podían hacer reembolso, sólo dijeron que podían verificar el producto y cambiarlo si no cumplía, soy una persona ocupada y no tengo mucho tiempo libre, pero acepté bajo palabra de ellos que me entregarían una que si cumpliera las especificaciones, me entregaron una nueva aceptando que estaba dañada la otra y afirmando que la nueva si las cumplía; desafortunadamente la vida útil es de dos horas de uso continuo al 100 de volumen. Pésimo servicio, mala calidad de producto, sólo hacen perder el tiempo y pasar malos ratos con sus protocolos vacíos. Terrible service, I bought a speaker and had to return it because it met the specifications it said, then I came back and they told me they couldn't make a refund, they only said they could check the product and change it if it didn't meet, I'm a busy person and I don't have much free time, but I accepted on their word that they would give me one that if it met the specifications, they gave me a new one accepting that the other one was damaged and affirming that the new one did meet them; unfortunately the shelf life is two hours of continuous use at 100 volume. Terrible service, poor product quality, they only waste time and have a hard time with their empty protocols.
