★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui hace unos 10 días para comprar unos audífonos (compré 3 pares de los cuales 2 tuve que llevar a garantía) y aunque nos dieron un teléfono para seguimiento nunca lo contestaban, además de que los audífonos que tuve que llevar a garantía se quedaron a revisión en dos ocasiones. Por si fuera poco la persona encargada del servicio de garantía no tenía buena disposición, jamás nos dejó hacer un cambio en lugar de revisión a pesar de que era una opción, y en la segunda ocasión en que se quedaron a revisión no me dió la impresión de que realmente fueran revisados porque me los regresaron con la misma carga con la que los dejé (eso no pasó la primera vez) y el problema de uno de los pares de audífonos jamás se resolvió.
I went about 10 days ago to buy some hearing aids (I bought 3 pairs of which 2 had to be covered by warranty) and although they gave us a follow-up phone number, they never answered it, in addition to the fact that the hearing aids that I had to carry under warranty were review twice. As if that were not enough, the person in charge of the warranty service did not have a good disposition, he never let us make a change instead of revision even though it was an option, and on the second occasion that they stayed for revision he did not give me the impression that they were actually checked because they were returned to me with the same charge that I left them with (that didn't happen the first time) and the problem with one of the pairs of hearing aids was never resolved.

Detalle siempre que llegó antes de permitir observar te abordan pregunta que buscabas y se ponen a la orden pero nunca te dejan observar , y eso te hace sentir vigilado sin libertad de visitar la tienda...

Me da gusto ver qué hay lugares donde se ve que la atención al cliente es su prioridad y al menos yo lo agradezco mucho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son unos ineptos, son tres veces que me pasa lo mismo, en la tienda física tienen como a 5 personas y ninguna te atiende todas estan platicando entre ellos y si les preguntas algo se molestan, tuve que ver la información del equipo que compre en linea y lo pedi recoger en tienda para demostrarles lo ineptos que son, porque segun ellos no tenia promoción ese equipo, RECOMENDACIÓN vayan ya informados de lo que quieren comprar por que en la tienda puro inepto que no sabe de los productos.
They are inept, the same thing has happened to me three times, in the physical store they have about 5 people and no one attends to you, they are all talking to each other and if you ask them something they get upset, I had to see the information of the equipment that I bought online and I asked to pick it up at the store to show them how inept they are, because according to them that equipment had no promotion, RECOMMENDATION go already informed of what they want to buy because in the store they are pure inept who do not know about the products.

Pero el producto es escaso, es muy difícil conseguir buenas cosas porque "nunca hay".
Encuentro variedad en otro tipo de tiendas oficiales (internet).
Ya que en la tienda física tiene poco inventario.
