Compré unos audífonos y desafortunadamente uno de ellos no funcionaba. Hice válida la garantía y los enviaron a servicio técnico. No sólo tuvieron los audífonos listos en 5 días antes de la fecha acordada, sino que al no poder repararlos me dieron un par nuevo y estuvieron atentos a que testeara su funcionamiento en la tienda. Sólo tuve que firmar una hoja, sin trámites pesados o desperdiciar tiempo en tienda. Otras empresas deberían aprender de su servicio post venta. Adicionalmente, el staff es muy amigable.

I bought some hearing aids and unfortunately one of them did not work. I made the guarantee valid and they sent them to technical service. Not only did they have the hearing aids ready 5 days before the agreed date, but since they couldn't repair them, they gave me a new pair and made sure I tested their operation in the store. I only had to sign a sheet, without heavy paperwork or wasting time in the store. Other companies should learn from your after sales service. Additionally, the staff is very friendly.

La de 10 es una lámpara que cambia de color.
Los smartwatch increíbles. Hay algunas funciones limitadas en sus gamas intermedias, desconozco si en las más caras las funciones también sean mejores.
Todo el personal te atiende muy bien.

The 10 is a color changing lamp.
