Muy ricos los platillos que pudimos probar , las entradas muy buenas, queso fundido con chistorra, el Rib Eye con muy buena temperatura y sabor y sobre todo una muy buena proporción de grasa sin llegar a excesos ni "pellejos" , las bebidas muy buenas y el servicio de lo mejor!! Habíamos tenido oportunidad de visitar otros restaurantes en la zona pero sin duda el mero sabor Regio lo encuentran en Xibak!!! Lo recomendamos ampliamente!! Los cortes de carne deliciosos, un día pasamos y estaba muy lleno pero revisé que se puede reservar desde su página web y sin problemas pudimos entrar, la atención al nivel de lugares en cancún, Tulum. Que bueno están llegando nuevos conceptos a Mina, ya hacen falta. Until finally something of quality comes to the area! Pero la comida es pésima, no son cortes premium como lo indican, pedí mi corte término medio y me lo entregaron bien cocido y frío, no trae guarniciones lo acompañan con un poco de cebolla cruda y nopales. Por el precio claro que no lo vale. La atención de los meseros no es mala pero tampoco es buena, quedan mucho a deber por los precios que manejan. Las bebidas con muy ricas pero los meseros se tardaban en tomar nuestra orden y llevarnos las bebidas. En lo personal no volvería a ir. Si quieren un buen lugar de cortes les recomiendo Madison en Coatza, los precios son similares, pero los cortes si los entregan en su punto y con buena porción de guarniciones, la calidad de los alimentos y la atención al cliente es excelente. En conclusión: a pesar que el lugar es lindo no vale la pena ya que los alimentos son PÉSIMOS!!! The place is very nice and nice. Las entradas estuvieron muy sabrosas y en general la comida es de mucha calidad. Lo único que me disgustó fue que el término de nuestras carnes no fue correcto. Lo pedimos termino medio y lo entregaron casi bien cocido, y tibio además. Las cebollas de acompañamiento venían muy crudas también. No se si es porque el parrillero en turno no tenía experiencia pero por los altos costos del restaurante yo esperaba algo acorde. En fin, experiencia decente pero les falta crecimiento, espero que dentro de unos meses más mejoren mucho y le den a Minatitlán una experiencia en carnes sin igual. Así que si vienes por lujo o impresionar estás en el lugar adecuado... Pero si buscas una buena comida.. hay mejores opciones...
