Is a incredible place with spa, dinner room, with very tasty food all homemade, there are additional services such as temazcal, jacuzzi, massage, hot water. You can buy local products: soap, body lotion and many other more things. The cabins are comfortable with bathroom inside. The staff is very friendly. Is 5 minutes far from Zacatlán downtown, they have parking lot but in any case you can ask for a local cab.

My friends and me stayed there a few times. The place is one of the best in Zacatlán. I am almost sure. Terraza room is quite simple and I think that its price is overrated (65 USD) for Mexico and even worldwide. Tapanco room is charming and looks cool. I recommend it. Also I liked how looks Cabaña room. The restaurant offers breakfast and open all day long. But when we arrived at 8 am it was still closed anf I had to go to reception desk to mention it. Nobody say sorry and it opened at 8:15. The service is weird: staff just never smile. It's definitely not cheap and I just ask for what I was paying for: good service and tasty food. The worst experience was temazcal guided by "shamán". It was very artificial and this woman just changed her clothing almost in front of us, just after the ceremony, inside of temazcal. We just payed 110 USD for 90 min ceremony and it really looked like a scam. I recommend you to try temazcal and pay just 35 USD for normal hot bath stuff without this kind of local indigenous "shaman" stuff. Anyway, the place looks really amazing and I wish them good luck.

We spend a week at this beautiful place this summer. If you want to treat yourself with quality food, lovely surroundings, perfect cabins, nice people, lovely and quite nature - this is the place you want to go. My best recommendations here from Denmark.

Simply beautiful! The temazcal was a fantastic experience. Accommodation is confortable, clean and picturesque. Gardens are awesome. Although they don't have vegan meals at the restaurant, they adapted some dishes for us. Food was great!

Love this tranquil oasis. Went there with my family, total of eight people incl kids and we had a perfect time. Situated on a large piece of lushrious land, You feel at one with nature and there is lots of space to roam amongst the big old trees, gardens or just relax in the hammocks. The food is amazing and really flavorful partly because the majority of the engridients served is pulled out of the ground from the big restaurant garden just next to the kitchen! Doesen’t get better or or fresh than that. With a group of eight, we all had everything we wished, including gluten free meals and a variant of kids “specials” Staff is super friendly and accommodating. We’ll be back next year!

Such a beautiful place, perfect for couples who want to be stress-free, it's good for kids but I don't recommend it, may be boring. It's nice to relax, silent, peaceful. It's near a gas station and a convenience store. The employees are very kind.

Never go for a “cabaña type room” it has no tv, no internet and most important no peace and silence. They will offer it to you just to get the place full. If you can just avoid the place. Too expensive and very little value compared to Cabañas la cascada. Loud people all over the place and staff will only do nothing to fix it. At the end they can’t afford lose or reimburse money. Staff is super friendly, but friendly does not solve annoying upstairs neighbors. Filthy and sticky stuff around the room. See pictures. Sad to give this review. Excellent option to relax and have a pleasant time. We came in May and the weather was excellent. About amenities they offer a variety of options like massage, jacuzzi, tour and for me the best thing was the temascal, wonderful experience. The kitchen was about to slow on service but the flavor was quite good. On weekends they offer the bar experience but was to blame. That's why they lose one star. About everything else was delightful. Recomended!
