La verdad me dejó mucho que desear,en primer lugar la atención a cliente no me gusto,fui a comprar un tinte para el cabello y la vendedora todavía NO TERMINABA de atenderme y ya estaba con otras personas,lo cual a mí punto de vista eso no es correcto,se supone que cuando estás con un cliente lo atiende como se debe y después a otro cliente,y eso no fue así,
2:yo le pedí un tinte rojo,y ella se empezino a venderme el que ELLA QUERIA,y la MARCA QUE ELLA QUIERA,cuando yo le especifique cual,lo cual ella se enoja y" perdón",pero yo no voy a que me regalen las cosas,yo te estoy pagando lo que es,ni le regatie nada,
3:el tinte que me dió,de ves de ser rojo me lo pintó color violeta oscuro,y cuando me di cuenta revise la caja y los tintes decía rojo claro,lo cual me entró la duda xq ya me lo avía pintado y pensé igual cuando me lo lave quedé rojo,y sorpresa no fue así,
4:Al día siguiente fuí y no estaba la señora, me atendió una niña yo le comenté el problema que pasó,y la niña me dijo que no sabía nada,que ella era nueva,y que cualquier cosa que volviera alrrato en la tarde pero en un tono despota,lo cual si me enojo, por en ningún momento le hablé mal ni le puse caras,al contrario yo sé que cuando una persona es nueva no sabe,pero eso no justifica la aptitud.
Lo cual para mí punto de vista NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR!!!

2: I asked her for a red dye, and she began to sell me the one SHE WANTED, and the BRAND THAT SHE WANTED, when I specified which one, which she gets angry and "sorry", but I'm not going to ask give things away, I'm paying you what it is, nor did I regret anything,
3: the tint that he gave me, sometimes if it was red, he painted it dark purple, and when I realized it I checked the box and the tints said light red, which made me doubt because I had already painted it and I thought the same when I washed it I was red, and surprise it was not like that,
4: The next day I went and the lady was not there, a girl attended me and I told her about the problem that happened, and the girl told me that she did not know anything, that she was new, and that anything that came back later in the afternoon but In a despotic tone, which if I get angry, at no time did I speak badly to him or put faces on him, on the contrary I know that when a person is new he does not know, but that does not justify the aptitude.
Which for my point of view I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO YOU !!!
