★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my boyfriend stayed here feb 2021, the staff were friendly and helped as much as possible. The Airbnb that we rented for the 5 days was very clean and modern. The first day we arrived the tv wasn’t working, the toilet stopped working & the internet wasn’t working. We were finally able to get the toilet working. My boyfriend had to reboot the internet box which we had internet for 2 straight days. The third day the internet wasn’t working for our remainder stay. The women who rented out to us didn’t keep in touch with us during our stay nor did she see if the issues we were having were solved. When I return back to Tulum I wouldn’t stay here again, over all the place is very nice, it’s also minutes from the strip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the 1002 apartment and, as you can see from the pictures, it looks amazing. It looks brand new (as well as the building itself) and had all the necessary commodities. There are several bikes available for pick up and there's also some space for parking, along with a security guard watching the place. It is a located on the outskirts of Tulum though so the roads are a bit bumpy.
