★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store, experience, and sales person were an absolute delight. With that being said, the follow through customer service is non-existent. After purchasing 6 candles and bringing them home I realized one of them was not burning correctly. Therefore, I reached out to the Xinu and not only was I receiving conflicting responses from two different people, they ultimately told me I was burning the candle incorrectly. The irony here is that somehow I am burning the other 5 I purchased correctly, but this one I am not. Bottom line, this isn't my first time using a candle, but it is certainly my first time having a brand not rectify the issue after spending a lot of money in their store. Buyer beware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unforgettable and unique thing you can do if you visit Mexico is take a trip to Xinú. Of course the perfumes are outstanding and gorgeous, but the store itself is also a real experience. It's on the pricey side but one of their perfumes is an astounding souvenir or gift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not been into the actual store.. However I ordered some while living near Guadalajara. Fell in love. Now I'm living in the states. I've ordered 2 more times. I love these natural earthy scents, and the fact they make it in small batches and the bottles do not end up in landfills. I've been asked 2 times just today what scent I'm wearing. Lots of compliments.
