★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is tucked away from the hustle bustle of the city. Lovely infinity pool, food is really good. Limited options In the menu but whatever we tried was great. The staff is the highlight, they listen and help you in anyway possible

Great food selection. Definitely recommend trying a couple especial cocktails with Victor at the pool

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The all inclusive package was fantastic, both food and drinks were superb. The cocktails were incredible and pretty much some of the best we've ever had. The rooms have amazing views and the beds are incredibly comfy. The staff were very helpful and attentive and let us reschedule our last night because a hurricane was about to hit the resort. This really is a hidden gem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff seem disorganized or uninterested. Food is mediocre. Menu for "all inclusive" is limited. 30% of items on menu aren't included in "all inclusive" and require a premium.
The staff is totally checked out. Whatever you ask for, they will not deliver and are likely to just ignore your request.
Rooms are decent. Location is okay. The beach is not crowded which is nice. But overall you can better spend your money elsewhere.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely not a luxury hotel. I felt like I was in prison. I had a ration of one tiny low quality towel. The room service was absolutely terrible. The patio furniture was broken, dirty and gross, and there was garbage all over the beach. The staff was miserable and clearly underpaid
I was understanding of the fact that hotel is just starting up and I had a good conversation with the hotel manager Mario. I could empathize with him because I know that things have been tough for businesses. So I have decided to check out early and he graciously agreed to give me a refund for the next two nights that I was not staying there. Since then about two months of past and his staff has wasted my employees time getting banking information and going back-and-forth with clearly no intention of actually issuing a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed hair for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The beach is very uncrowded and is nice for walking or jogging. The hotel sets out some beach chairs and even some beds on the beach so you can take a nap on the beach if you desire. It is a long ride from the airport and approximately a $75usd so you might want to get a rental car. If you want a relaxing place to stay this is it. The staff was very gracious and accommodating to all our requests. The food in the restaurant is very good. The staff never answered the phone when I tried to call but they were always quick to respond to WhatsApp messages.

Having visited several beach towns in the region of Nayarit and Jalisco, the beach at this luxury hotel is absolutely magnificent. One of the most beautiful beaches and it is easier for swimming and walking.
The infinity pool type swimming pool is also very pleasant.
The restaurant of the hotel which is on the rooftop, has one of the most beautiful views, just like the view from the rooms, it is absolutely magical. Also, we are vegan and the chef prepared delicious and different dishes for us every day.
For the room, we had the penthouse on the roof, we highly recommend it or any other room with ocean view.
