★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy bien para niños de más de 5, el área según para niños de 3 a 5 está pésima... es literal para bebés... se aburren y no los dejan pasar a unas casitas que hay también por seguridad... no vayan con niños pequeños, no vale la pena.

La atención de la mayoría del personal es maravillosa incluido el departamento de seguridad, excepto por dos señoritas de staff una se llama Diana Mejia la cual le comienza a retirar los arneses tiempo antes de que acabe la hora que pagaste de los peques y los envía a quitarse el equipo de seguridad para recibir ya al otro grupo, cabe mencionar que se pierde un buen tiempo en la fila esperando coloque 1 persona todos los equipos de seguridad, tiempo que no se te repone. Otra chica a la cual le preguntamos si podía darle unos tips a mi pequeño de 6 años y dijo: "NO DAMOS ATENCIÓN PERSONALIZADA" no mi reina no necesitábamos eso, ni que se quedara la hora completa con el, solo las nociones básicas para que los niños comiencen a escalar ya que mi niño casi lloraba porque no podía es la 1ra vez que lo intenta y se comenzó a angustiar, después ya muy amablemente le dedico unos minutos. Yo creo que nuestros pequeños se merecen la mejor atención siempre y por lo que veo todos ellos están ahí para asesorarlos, supervisarlos y ayudarlos, una felicitacion para todo el equipo de chicos tienen mucho más carisma y tacto tanto con padres y los pequeños que las mujeres del staff. Las cabañitas flotantes me causaron cierto asombro dije wow que nivel de confianza a esas cuerdas rojas que se suspenden sobre el vacío casi de 4 pisos del edificio, en verdad espero un magnífico mantenimiento a ese tipo de puentecito colgante con tanto paso de pequeños en el área de los más chiquitos. Muchísimas gracias por su atención y el costo es muy modico, todo lo demás excelente! Mis felicitaciones!

The floating cabins caused me a certain astonishment, I said wow, what a level of confidence in those red ropes that are suspended over the almost 4-story void of the building, I really expect a magnificent maintenance of that type of suspension bridge with so much passage of children in the area of the little ones. Fui con mis niños de entre 10 y 12 años y mi pequeña de 6, por seguridad a algunas áreas no pueden ir los peques, la atención de todos fue excelente, SOLO un detalle, el pagar como acompañante es solo para observar no puedes cuidar a los peques (que me di cuenta que no hace falta, l@s chic@s están al pendiente todo el tiempo y se nota el interés auténtico, aunque si recomiendo hacer esas observaciones desde la entrada, hoy no había mucha gente, no esperamos mucho .. si regreso !
