A small site worth visiting if you're in the area.

Part of ruta puuc. Pictures above do the explaining. Free parking and I believe this one is free admission as well.

It's a minor mayan site, not to be compared with the likes of Uxmal, but not overcrowded and a nice walk around the ruins

If you compare it with kabah its not worth the money. Just a nice walk Entry: 45 Pesos!

After visiting Uxmal this was the next archeological site to visit on the Puuc route. It is interesting to continue knowing the Mayan culture and the old buildings where they used to live. Don't forget to bring water, food and mosquito repellent

For completists of the Puuc Route only... It is free though. 20 minute circular walk through jungle passing ruins and at least 2 restored buildings .

Sayil, Xlapac and Labna are three sites on the 'Ruta Puuc'. All of them are very near and fortunately cheap. There are a couple of buildings to see, some a bit far to reach (in Sayil). Still all of them gave us a bit more of insight on the Puuc style.

Low key, small site. It is not free. There was a payment bowl at the sign-in desk but the caretaker came out from back after finishing his siesta.
